Episode 17 is an interview with David Young. David is Co-Founder of Bounce Imaging, which is developing low-cost throwable cameras and sensors that transmit panoramic images and data to your mobile device. He is a graduate of University of Michigan with a BS in Statistics and he recently earned his MBA from MIT Sloan School of Management.
David served as an Infantry Officer in the U.S. Army. He was deployed to Iraq and Afghanistan with the 82nd Airborne Division and 3rd Ranger Battalion. In the interview, David talks about the challenges he faced in Iraq and Afghanistan and how he applies what he learned to Bounce Imaging. He talks about his time at MIT and how he had not intention of becoming an entrepreneur but the opportunity presented itself. He has great advice for any Veteran looking to start their own business.
