Ron Adams is the owner of N-Hance Revolutionary Wood Renewal in Columbia, SC. Prior to owning the franchise, he spent over 24 years in the United States Army, serving in Operation Desert Storm, Operation Iraqi Freedom, and Operation New Dawn. In his Army Career, he served in a wide variety of roles to include Drill Sergeant, and overseeing large numbers of civilian employees.
After deciding to retire from the Army, Ron struggled to find a career that interested him. During a career fair, he ran across a business coach that turned him on to the idea of a Franchise. In the interview, Ron talks about how he was able to find the right franchise, get funding for his business, launch the business, and then make it a success.
