People who go into business to make money rarely make much of it. People who go into business with a bigger reason than making money are much more likely to make a lot of it.
Keith had this advice for veterans who want to start a a business:
Get moving, stay moving, and know your numbers. The number one indicator of success in an early stage business is speed of execution…Get an idea, get a basic, fundamental real quick plan. Check with six people to make sure you are not crazy and get out there. Planning never creates movement. Movement creates the plan.
