Background
James Dalman grew up wanting to serve. His Grandfather served in the Dutch underground during World War II. James served in the United States Army National Guard as an Infantryman. He began learning design at an early age. He saw an opportunity in web design in the early stages of the internet and co-founded several businesses.
Happy Joe
James realized he wanted to build something bigger than himself. He took the skills that he learned in web design, and used them to launch Happy Joe. Happy Joe’s mission:
